Oltrepò Pavese Riesling DOC
V.Q.P.R.D.

Golden yellow with greenish hints.
Floral, fruity.
Soft yet well-structured with balanced acidity and considerable length.

Best served at around 14°C.

Grape Varieties
90-100% rhine riesling, if not 100% the remainder is riesling italico.

Vinification
Cold maceration on the skins followed by soft pressing, then cask fermented at controlled temperatures.

Ageing
8-10 months, part in oak and part in stainless steel, followed by blending and a short period in stainless steel prior to bottling

Annual production
10,000 bottles

Release for sale
Around one year after the vintage.

Optimal maturation
If the bottles are kept in a cool, dark location the wine will drink well for at least ten years.
